Sophia & Iñaki | Chapel House Estate 2024
Argetinian weddings. Wow.

Bridal Prep: The Calm Before the Excitement
The day began with the bridal prep, where the excitement was tangible. Sophia was surrounded by her closest friends, laughter, and a few happy tears as hair and makeup artists worked their magic. I focused on capturing all the fun and random moments bridal prep always brings - it’s not all about beautifying the bridal party. My approach during bridal prep is to make sure everyone feels comfortable while capturing the genuine moments that set the tone for the day.

The Ceremony: Saying ‘I Do’ at Chapel House Estate
The ceremony was held in the awesome Chapel House Estate Orchard, with its charming meadow backdrop. From the groom’s anticipation to the bride’s walk down the aisle, every moment was a blend of joy, love, and a laughter. My focus during the ceremony is on those authentic, spontaneous moments – the exchanged glances, the laughter, and the vows that bring everyone to tears. I didn’t actually understand any of the ceremony as it was all in Spanish! The setting at Chapel House Estate added a timeless elegance that made every photo feel like a scene from a classic romance.

Drinks Reception: Relaxed and Candid Moments
After the ceremony, it was time for the drinks reception. This is when everyone lets their hair down after hours (and months) of anticipation, and it’s one of my favourite times to capture candid moments. Whether it's guests chatting, kids doing the most RANDOM things, or the newlyweds mingling with their loved ones, the drinks reception is full of opportunities for relaxed, natural shots. At Chapel House Estate, the beautiful courtyard provides the perfect enclosed location for these informal, joyful moments.

Couple Portrait Session: Capturing Your Love Story
The couple portrait session is where we get to explore the beautiful grounds of Chapel House Estate, making the most of its stunning scenery at golden hour. My goal is always to have fun and offer an opportunity to catch a breath during a busy day, encouraging movement and interaction rather than stiff poses. Whether it’s a quiet moment together in the meadow or a playful twirl in the gardens, I capture images that feel very ‘you’. At Chapel House Estate, every corner offers a new, intimate backdrop that adds depth and romance to your wedding photos.

First Dance and dance floor
This particular first dance and evening reception was one of the most iconic moments of my wedding season. An outdoor first dance is always amazing, but this was more of a festival atmosphere, provided by the incredible Three of a Kind band. It was chaos, and i’m there to be right in amongst it, getting pictures that really show it. I’ll usually take a mixture of softer/cleaner first dance and dance floor pictures and direct flash ‘nightclub style’ pictures.
